The website contains the HOA governing documents, operating budgets, board meeting minutes, contact information, etc.

Annual spring cleanup is scheduled in April/May. We contract with Collentro to pick up the vegetation piles that the neighborhood generates during the year. All you have to do is drag your branches to the main street and they take care of it from there.
Below are answers to frequently asked questions as provided in the governing documents.
"The Architectural Control Procedures and Regulations are intended to encourage an attractive, cohesive, and safe development in our neighborhood, in order to preserve and enhance values and to maintain a harmonious relationship among structures and the natural vegetation and topography."

No fences will be permitted unless specifically required by law or county ordinance.
Parking of mobile homes, boats/canoes, recreational vehicles, trailers, machinery, commercial vehicles (larger than one-half ton), etc., on the property, driveway, or street is not allowed. However, visitors with trailers/recreational vehicles are allowed to park for up to 10 days. Don’t park on mulched, grassy or common areas.
Approval for removal of trees larger than six-inch in diameter must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee. In the case of multi-family dwellings, landscaping shall also be in harmony with each of the attached dwellings and subject to prior approval by the Architectural Control Committee.
Recreation Equipment/Swimming Pools. The location, size, material, and color of all recreational equipment, e.g. swing sets, sky forts, basketball nets and similar items, including swimming pools must be in harmony with the existing environment and be approved by the Architectural Control Committee.
Homeowners dues are due twice each year - January 31 & July 30. Coupon books (which are pieces of paper and not a book) are sent to each lot owner at the beginning of the year. The lot owner can remit their payment online through Truist Bank. Dues paid late will accrue 10% interest per month until paid.
