Please join us to discuss neighborhood amenities, maintenance, community updates, and a blueprint for 2027. This is a great opportunity to connect with your neighbors and voice your concerns. Your participation is critical to the success of our HOA.
We're Looking for Residents to Get Involved!
Our community benefits greatly when residents are able to lend time and ideas to the HOA board. We are seeking members interested in serving on the HOA board and help with the ongoing management and improvement of our neighborhood. No experience is necessary. Joining the HOA board requires attendance at monthly meetings, budget management, and small volunteer tasks around the neighborhood.
HOA Dues!
Despite our best efforts to prevent due increases, we, unfortunately, have no choice but to raise annual HOA dues by 5% this year. The costs of our amenities and maintenance- garbage removal, landscaping services, snow removal costs, and bookkeeping have continuously climbed. Board members actively researched and performed due diligence to ensure our services are quality, while also maintaining affordability. This increase will be discussed in our annual meeting.
Be a Good Neighbor!
Let's be good to each other! School is back in session and the cooler weather will increase pedestrian traffic, dog walkers, and children. A reminder that there are several bus stops inside our community that service elementary, middle, and high schools, in addition to special education students with various disabilities. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SPEEDING THROUGH ANY PART OF OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. This includes driveways, private drives, and the main roads. Additionally, the HOA cannot penalize drivers or neighbors based on driving behavior. Please notify law enforcement if you see a neighbor driving unnecessarily fast or dangerously. If it is someone who is contracted out (i.e. delivery, construction, etc.) please be sure to report it to their company! Let's keep our neighborhood safe!
